Under the leadership of Mr. Getamber Anand, ATS Infrastructure Ltd. was established in 1998 to cater to Delhi-NCR's growing need for modern luxury homes.
Since then, ATS has grown impressively with nearly 4.6 million sq m space already delivered, 3.7 million sq m space underway, nearly 35000+ satisfied customers, 4500 dedicated workforce, extraordinary in-house teams for construction, security, facility and maintenance, and unmatched brand equity.
Currently operating in 8 states, ATS is determined to grow its presence across the country with an aim to deliver 5 million square feet annually. Formation of ATS Infrastructure Limited
In 1998, ATS Infrastructure Ltd. originated under the flagship of Mr. Getamber Anand, as an emerging new response to the growing need for quality housing and residential real estate development specifically in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR).
Our Management
Mr. Getamber Anand, a visionary and the man behind ATS, serves as the Chairman of ATS Infrastructure Ltd. A success story spanning over two decades, he has brought revolutionary changes in the real estate sector, including transparency and international standards, in the form of best practices and methodological processes. In addition, his market expertise, construction knowledge and leadership skills have made him an icon in the industry.
His professional journey began after graduating from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh with a degree in technology.

Innovation
Mr. Anand introduced a few new frontier technologies such as Aluminium Shuttering to improve the safety of buildings, decrease the construction cost and increase the efficiency of the workforce. Self-Climbing Formwork to support structure for the construction of walls and other vertical structures without crane (driven by hydraulic and mechanical mechanisms) is also used by ATS.

Ms. Bani Getamber Anand
An Accounting & Finance graduate from Warwick Business School (England), Ms. Bani also holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School, followed by a diploma in Investment Management from London Business School. She plays an instrumental role in daily cash flow management at ATS through sales and brand communication, besides being the founder of “All About Eve”, an online content-driven portal that helps women make informed decisions.

Mr. Udaivir Anand
A former Accenture UK Technology & Operations consultant, Mr. Udaivir currently serves as the Managing Director at ATS Group. He brings strategic vision and leadership to the organization, driving growth and innovation. With extensive experience in real estate and business management, he ensures the company’s long-term success.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Ms. Lovely Pathak
With 25+ years of diversified experience in the finance domain across industries, Ms. Lovely Pathak joined ATS in June 2020 as Senior Vice President of Finance and became the CFO within a span of 1.3 years. Currently, she serves as the Chief Operating Officer, engaged in company’s operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects through her expertise in operational management and dedication to excellence keep the organization running efficiently.
